- You're leading a Tech Sales team to new frontiers of customer relationship management and solution selling and want an actionable road map quick.

In 13 weeks, you'll learn to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of modern computing and IT and their applications to business and governments
- Use CRMs and Sales Enablement Tools to find, qualify, and nurture leads, track numbers and communication.
- Create value propositions and set appointments, qualify prospects and customer opportunities through smart questioning
- Dialogue with a customer to identify pain points, business value to customer's needs, vision of portfolio of solutions to potential customers, and advance to next step
- Develop a digital presentation and tell a story to fit customer needs and interest
- Practice and deliver an effective digital sales presentation, gain customer commitment, or an alternate next step
- Analyze pipeline, sales cycle, forecasting, financial acumen
- Articulate your personal brand and strengths as they relate to the role you wish to pursue, the company for whom you'll work, and the customers you hope to serve
- Close deals, negotiate terms, and have FUN in Tech Sales!
- You'll earn, participants will earn five Salesforce badges and a Credly Badge at program completion.
- Optionally, students may leverage the training to pursue two of the top Information Technology certifications; CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Cloud Practitioner.
